Starbucks at Tin Lizzie is a quiet, clean, and beautiful place with friendly young staff. However, some customers have experienced slow service, with waits of about 30 minutes in line and another 20 to get their drinks, and orders sometimes arriving incorrect. The tables are often dirty, and drinks may not be made exactly as ordered. The staff appear to be understaffed, which puts pressure on them and affects the overall experience. Despite these issues, the atmosphere inside remains pleasant, and the young employees are fun. One customer praised Kiera for her excellent service, professionalism, and the best Nitro they ever had, showing that good service can still be found. An incident was reported where a vacuum was used nearby while a customer was talking, making communication difficult and seeming to show a lack of concern.
