Very, very slow. We ordered 4 cups of coffee. Took us about 30 min in line to order and another 20 to get our drinks after ordering. The sizes we ordered were not what we received. All of the tables were dirty. One of the 4 drinks were also not made right. I don't blame the batista, I think they are just understaffed, putting too much pressure on the help. Trying to take orders and make them at the same time is a bit too much. Next time, I will just stick to the free hotel coffee.

Slow, indifferent, lazy, and unintelligent are just some of the words that describe the people working here. GRRR... Oh yeah, and I mustn't forget to mention all the flies that accompanied me in my experience here.

This location is horribly managed. They offer mobile pick up, but they do not manage mobile pick up. During my trip to Deadwood, I used this location to get my morning coffee. The staff is incredibly rude. Either order your coffee 90 minutes before you want it, or don't get it at all. One morning, I had to abandon my order completely. They do not practice the Barista promise. They will argue with you. Overall, I will just pack my coffee machine next time

Kiera was simply amazing. I rolled in real late after a 1000 mile ride, I was the last she served and she was incredible, personable, conversational, professional, and I must say it may have been thee best Nitro I ever had in my life! I'd drive another 1k miles for Kiera, her service, and product. I've Been to Starbucks all over the country and I want to say Thank-you Kiera for making that grueling, punishing day of riding ending in joy!

One of my worst experiences. Barista messed up drinks twice & we just took what we got & left. When asked to have it corrected he was very rude. This is not the starbucks experience I know as a former Starbucks employee. One guy on bar whike 2 other baristas were standing behind kiosk not in a helping or team attitude. Multiple guests were waiting on drinks that weren't made or made incorrect.

We ordered a Passion Fruit Tea and Caramel Macchiato. The barista even asked: “hot or cold?” and we said hot. We got a peach ice tea with ice cubes and a macchiato without caramel.

they charge 20+ percent more than a regular Starbucks. When you go to pay the machine prompts you to automatically add at least 20% tip. Then they gave me the wrong drink, and when I said this isn’t the drink I ordered they just stared at me like it was Incomprehensible to solve this problem. I walked out paid and tipped for the wrong drink. The definition of blank faced failure of service.

This Starbucks is inside Tin Lizzie. It's quite, clean and beautiful. The young people working in there was fun.
Only thing! I'm hard of hearing and while talking with Starbucks employees a lady pushed a vacuum up on the carpet not even 3 feet feet from me and walked off. The vacuum was running.
I could no longer hear a thing.
She just looked at me when she came back. Did not seem to care.

It has now been a while since I ordered my Venti Blond coffee. We checked four times already. "Out of beans" is a poor first excuse. Now they just told me "they forgot". I want my tip back and I still want my coffee as I understand that "stuff" happens.Free coffee at my hotel and I thought Starbucks would be a better deal which it usually is.EDIT...The sweet gal behind the counter came out with my drink and apologized for the delay. She gave me a Starbucks gift card which we did not expect. Thanks very much for her kindness and consideration !!
