Just went through with my 2 young children. Didn’t think to double check the order as I had 2 kids in the back and wanted to get home. When I finally open the bag I realize I’m missing about half of my order. Tried calling 3 times and got hung up on before I could get done with one sentence. Do better people! Seriously!
I quit coming to this DQ several years ago because they were slow, the place was dirty and always had something missing or made wrong. But, I saw that they had closed for a bit so I figured that meant they got new management, cleaned the place up and did some training on their employees. So, I figured I would give it a try.
Wrong choice! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Do not waste your time! Ordered birthday cakes 4 days in advance, they lost the order and did not have them. Then proceeded to wait 45+ minutes for 5 ice creams. Was hoping this update would improve the location, but will not be supporting this business again unfortunately.
