Ubetcha Wateca is a hidden gem found on the way back from a road trip. The tater tots are incredibly crispy, even more than Napoleon Dynamite's! The burger and chicken sandwich were delicious too. The service is fast, and the inside area is cute. The owner is friendly and the double bacon cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly. A great spot for a delicious lunch with polite staff. Highly recommended for a return visit.
