We had the birria combos. They were so good. It is expensive. Probably because the rent the exchange is charging them. The ladies who work their are so nice.

Tia Gaby's is great. The quesabirria tacos are my favorite, but everything on the menu is delicious.

Oh my god wow the burritos were so amazing here in the morning. Even though they are premade they are amazing and are super eggy and half of the best cheese I have had and are extremely full. They cost $5.50 which is a great price and is cheaper than some other bases that been around. they’re chili salsa is that spicy to a point of unbearable eating? I actually ended up eating every single container of chili sauce so I got for the seven days I was here on base. They have a large and clean kitchen that is directly accessible from the exchange, and exactly next to the exchange store. Super friendly people and people I see often here during lunchtime, including the military folks.I highly recommend going here and checking it out if you have CAC card.
Plain and simple…I’ve had better quesadillas at Taco Bell. They put WAY too much cheese and almost no chicken. Save your money (16 bucks total with tax)

My first visit to Tia Gabys Kitchen today at the Ellsworth AFB Exchange. Selected the Thursday Special; Loaded Nachos, which was good. What was not good and the reason for the 1-Star Review... $11.83 for the lunch special, and I had asked for a water cup, to which the response was; "I'm sorry, we don't do that". Seriously? A high-priced lunch special and I can't get a Free Water ???
This place is what I would call a sleeper. I recommend coming to try their special on different days of the week to see what they can offer. Friday's special, the carne asada fries, have been my favorite thus far. I am not a fan of corn tortillas, so I won't review the tacos since I don't feel the tortilla does them justice. I will be a repeat customer as long as they remain within the BX. Give it a try if you haven't yet!
A gem on Ellsworth! The quesabirria is my fave, great Verde sauce that has a nice kick.
This is true authentic Mexican home cooking, this is much different than your typical Mexican restaurant, I got the birria tacos and they were fantastic!! I plan on coming back for more

Delicious but rather expensive. The exchange charges a rather high percentage to operate in their facilities which unfortunately drives up the cost of vendor food. The tacos are good and so is the horchata.
Absolutely delicious! Have gotten the steak tacos, quesabirria, flautas, horchata, tamales. All so good!!!! Definitely recommend this place. My california self feels at home with this food
More like the authentic I used to get in the southwest. Awesome food
It’s ok not the Mexican food I’m used to
So good! Tacos were amazing, salsa was amazing, quesadilla amazing and horchata! Cant wait to try the tamales
