“Love Culver’s but seriously dislike their parking lot! We visit this location 6-7x/yr, as we live 120 miles away. We ALWAYS witness issues with the drive-thru being backed up into the parking lot where dine-in customers can’t get out to leave & there’s ALWAYS confrontations, honking & frustrated people not being courteous & down right inconsiderate. I know Culver’s isn’t able to control people, however, any improvement that you can make with creating a drive-thru lane separate from the parking area would bring peace & enjoyment to those trying to enjoy their visit & food in peace! “Stopped last night after driving just under 600 miles. I was seated promptly, and my server was at the table within a few moments. I placed my drink order and chose the Garden bar and Steak Ramen bowl. I barely got a few bites of my salad before the Steak Ramen bowl arrived! That was fine. It was excellent! The steak was cooked perfectly and the veggies and Ramen were delicious. It was a fantastic ending to a long day. My server was excellent, however I am terrible with names and I can't recall her name, I am sorry. I will definitely stop here again. Thank you.”
