Love Culver’s but seriously dislike their parking lot! We visit this location 6-7x/yr, as we live 120 miles away. We ALWAYS witness issues with the drive-thru being backed up into the parking lot where dine-in customers can’t get out to leave & there’s ALWAYS confrontations, honking & frustrated people not being courteous & down right inconsiderate. I know Culver’s isn’t able to control people, however, any improvement that you can make with creating a drive-thru...read full review
Hey. Have you guys ever thought of painting lines for your drive thru. Make the lane closest to the building. Just a suggestion.
The team at Culver’s worked VERY hard tonight, serving a full dining room, drive up lines wrapped from the road to the waiting spots on the other side, and a full lobby of standing guests waiting for their orders. A full bus with a sports team, state swimming, and several other events in town, plus great fish on a Friday during lent, all added up to a busy night, along with fryer issues.
