Beware! - total rip-off!! Brought my son to the "Cool Spot" for ice cream. Asked for 2 large soft-serve barry ice creams in a cup. Received 2 small Pepsi drinking cups (not the wide sunday style) with less than 1" of ice cream lightly drizzled on the bottom, 1/2 the amount of a little kids cone and was charged $10.18! Last year I ordered the largest milk shake they offered costing $9 and after leaving and driving off, found my milk shake cup wasn't even 1/2 full. Do yourself a favor, go to Dakota Market, buy 1/2 gallon ice cream and a pack of spoons, even if you wast part of it you will save money!

Great spot, tasty cheese burger and delicious Ice Cream. They do take credit cards and it is in the wrong place on Google Maps but it’s worth finding it!

I stopped by ordered a chocolate shake, I got soft serve. Basically I got a Wendy's frosty for 6.99. Why not at least explain. Id go back. But I know I'll just get a blank stare.. small town what can u do.

Just left there like 5 minutes ago. Got a medium twist. Girl who made come had no ice cream in bottom of cone so whole thing was too heavy. Fell into my hand and all on me. What do they do. She hands my husband a cup. Like 8 dollars later and guess who didn’t get an ice cream because I wasn’t going to eat the slip that fell everywhere from a cup. Thanks for the no offer of a new one since you don’t know how to make a cone and this was my birthday treat. Thanks for screwing that up for me
We stopped here after a disappointing meal elsewhere. The girls behind the counter were super nice and helpful. The soft serve was very yummy in a chocolate shake and my husband enjoyed his mint chocolate swirl as well.

The Cool Spot is one of the two best ice cream shops in the area. Soft ice cream served the way you want it. Well worth the stop.

The strawberry malt had actual strawberries in it. The service was warm and friendly. Cheeseburger was homemade. Thank you Cool Spot for being so convient.
