“Great place, great view of the Missouri River, staff was extremely good at there jobs. Owner even checked to see if all was good. The food was fantastic we had the fish and chips, and baked walleye meal. Both were great. Fantastic spot we will be sure to return when in town.”

“Absolutely loved this place! 😍 We rolled into town pretty late in the evening, and almost everything else was already closed, so we didn’t have many options. Luckily, we found this spot and it turned out to be an amazing choice. Even though they were close to shutting down, we were greeted so warmly and treated like valued guests. 🙌

They still offered us the full menu for a little while and even suggested a huge cold beer 🍺 — exactly what we needed after a long day. We were starving, so no time for pictures, but wow… the food was incredible! The spicy cheesesteak with tots was packed with flavor 🌶️ and the mushroom burger with mashed potatoes was just as delicious. 🍔🥔

Honestly, I wish I had taken photos, but we were too busy enjoying every bite. The staff were genuinely kind and made the whole experience even better. 💛 Huge appreciation for their hospitality — definitely an A+ experience and a place I’d happily return to! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Second time Ive tried Champs chicken at a Cowboy Country store. As this one is in Ft. Pierre, it was one my way into town to the hotel and I knew I wasn't going to feel like delivery or going out later. Store was very clean, parking was easy and the food looked fantastic. Staff super friendly and the side dishes looked great. Chicken was hot and the whole process only took a few minutes. Out of the two locations for champs chicken I've tried in the area, this location is by far the best and worth the drive back across the bridge if you are staying in Pierre.”

“My partner and I stopped by for a few drinks during our visit to South Dakota. The beer was cold and everyone was friendly. We spent a bit of time playing jenga with the oversized mikes hard lemonade jenga set and had a blast. Very convenient that the bar sits across the street from the hotel we stayed at.”
