A group of us were in Pierre attending a prayer conference. When it was over one member suggested Richie Z’s Brickhouse for supper. The atmosphere was fun, the food was fantastic and our waiter was a lot of fun even though we kept calling him by the wrong name. Would definitely eat here again!
Passed through Pierre with our 5th wheel. We got there right as it opened for the day. Plenty of room in the parking lot to park with the trailer, which is a major win for us. We were greeted by the owner/manager?!?! And promptly seated. Clean bathrooms. Super cute decor in the dining room. Delicious food. Our server was excellent. Ended up going here twice in twos while in on a work trip. The only time I needed the knife given was to butter my cornbread. The brisket was insane and the ribs truly did fall off the bones. Get the mac and cheese as a side. The mashed potatoes were great too. They had some sort of spicy in them that I wasn’t expecting but loved.
