It was so bad, our appetizers came out with our food, it took 15 minutes for the server to get our drinks, everyone had an attitude. I would not recommend eating here

Waitress was not listening. We ordered senior breakfast was brought full order and charged for full order. She never came back to the table once and did not bring us a ticket. Needless to say she did not receive a tip. We normally give at least 20%

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was great!! The omelets are always a great choice!! We will be back!!
When we arrived at the restaurant there was no to seat us! We had to wait about five minutes before we were seated and the individual was not friendly! When we arrived at our seats a female server asked what we would like to drink with a scowl on her face! We told her and the drinks were never brought to us. A male server came and asked us again what we would like to drink. He brought the drinks in a timely manner and he took our order. We received our order in good time. My wife got an order of hash browns and she said it tasted funny. She asked me to try the hash browns and there was a terrible taste to them. Tasted like bad oil! We informed our server of the bad tasting hash browns and he agreed because he had some earlier. The toast was crunchy and falling apart. As we were departing, the cashier was not friendly nor did she even thank us! The overall experience is one we will never forget! We will NOT ever return to this restaurant for any meal!!!

Came in to get some food with our two kids. We ordered and waited. And waited. And waited. After 45 minutes we decided to just have them make it to go. Then we found out our server never put the order in. No big deal, she was busy and just forgot. So they just charged us for our drinks and appetisers and made our food to go. My husband comes out with our food and exactly one item of the order was ours. We ordered steak and peppers, fish and shrimp, and a kids scrambled eggs with hash browns, sausage, and toast, and a side of broccoli. We got a steak and peppers, two chicken fried steak, fruit, and something with carrots and peas and steak. So I went back in, had to tell the host what I ordered so he could get it made for us. Then he brought out the food again and the eggs kids meal had bacon instead which my son won’t eat. He went back and switched them out. Went home and found this is our fish. ??♀️ this is ridiculous.
The food was average for Perkins, no complaints there. It was fairly clean as well. The service was almost non-existent. I was 1 of 4 tables seated in the whole place, it was not busy. I could see my waiter hanging out and talking, he did not check even once for refills, or anything. I literally had to flag down one of the ladies who glanced over at my table. If staff picked up the service a bit better, it would be a relatively nice restaurant.
