Stopped Sunday morning. Server was less than enthusiastic. Polite but not full of sunshine like most baristas. Chai was good. My latte with honey and cinnamon was sub par. Burnt coffee taste, no cinnamon, and overly sweet but not with honey. Disappointed spending so much on what I would consider gas station coffee. They didn't have oatmilk either. Drinking from my cup my plastic top smelled as if it'd been wiped with an old moldy stinky rag so everytime i lifted my cup to drink I caught a light whiff of stinky sponge.

There was one man working the shop and he did very well. Caribou's drinks are very sweet overall so you have to say half sweet, otherwise you might get a headache from all the sugar (or diabetes). Anyway, he did well, drinks were great.

I'm not sure how they managed to make a mocha taste so terrible, but it was completely undrinkable. I think they must've accidentally added something additional, or the milk was off.

The gal named Sabrina that assisted me today needs a raise. She is always giving the best customer service when I come in and does an amazing job at getting to know her customers. Sweetest gal.
Gentleman working the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain changes coming to the menu and what I might like in the future. Very good customer service!

Terrible service. A small curly black haired girl with glasses just ignored us while she stocked shelves. I finally asked if she was open and she said “Yeah” and turned around and continued stocking. I don’t get why it’s ok to be rude.

The last 2 times I've visited this location the customer service is severely lacking. The girl working this last time had the personality of a wet dish rag and very obviously didn't like her job.
