Great quality food and a friendly efficient staff. We grabbed a bite here on a road trip and we were happy we choose the turn off with DQ.
Hate that they locked the doors even though they are still open. Even with two or one hour left of being open locking the door is just disrespectful

We were immediately greeted by a friendly server. Then we were helped by Beccy who is soooooo nice and helpful. The bathroom was very clean and the atmosphere was great:)

Hartford SD's Dairy Queen staff is amazing. The food Quality and efficiency exceeds any other in SD. The orders are NEVER messed up, the foods out in seconds not minutes like others and they always are smiling and very professional. Great JOB This is how ALL businesses service should be.
Usually get a to go order, always get great service and hot food. Employees are clearly well trained and care about the service they provide.
Small town feeling, with hot, fresh, and tasty food that came out quick during lunch time! Hit the spot and the quality food and atmosphere was worth the time and money I spent there

Hartford Dairy Queen impressed me once again!! The best customer service...Chase N. in the drive through is always so friendly and helpful! Such a great attitude and good representative of your business. The salad was just as fresh & delicious as the one I had the other day here. I drove several miles out of my way to visit the Hartford Dairy Queen, even though I was going to pass by a couple in Sioux Falls, where I was heading. The customer service is the reason I don't mind driving further--- keep up the great work!
