Stayed overnight in Hartford on my way home to Kansas City and was really craving a steak. It was a Saturday night, and the menu was simple—just prime rib, which turned out to be an excellent choice. It was cooked perfectly, one of the best prime ribs I’ve had in years. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but it was clear people were enjoying themselves, and the staff was very friendly. The food was awesome the burger was a perfect medium rare the steak tips were also a great medium rare the red wedge salad was delicious and the key lime pie is a great choice highly recommend this a little off the beaten path but a great stop say hi to Shelli the bartender she did a great job PS love the menu
We stopped here in a road trip W along I90. Service was awesome, and everything was great. Their steak menu is limited to filet, but this is a place that knows what they are good at and does it well. Salad was chilled, steaks cooked to correct doneness, and prices were as good as anywhere I have been in the past 10 plus years.
