Food was getting dry in the pans. Not a lot out.we asked if fresh pizzas were on the way out. Salad had a lot of shimmy leaves in it. Stuff getting dry on salad bar.
We arrived at 730 after a 5 hr drive. We were told “fyi the buffet closes at 8 and we’re not refreshing anything or making you anything.” Umm ok… well the pizza was OLD, probably hours old, and dry, the marinara was empty and just a crusty bowl, the chicken was burnt to the pan, & the mashed potatoes were rock solid. There were dirty tables, employees sitting in the dining room hanging out, we ended up w like 10 plates on our table as no one cleared while we were eating and on top of all that it cost us $70 for a family of 4. 🤣🤣 Yes this is a small town but my gosh. The owner of this location needs to have a conversation w their employees because they’re costing them customers.

It's definitely a small down pizza buffet. The pizza was semi fresh, but tasty. The fried chicken was delicious! The ice cream was good. The service was on point. I'd go again if I was in Hartford and hungry.
