Great job to whoever is working this afternoon. I ordered online and everything is perfect. The employee was polite and had a positive attitude. I only get Subway once or twice a year, so it was nice to have a positive experience. Thank you!
I've never felt more guilty of ordering a sub an hour before they close. They close at 10pm but go in at 9pm from work, they have everything halfway cleaned up. I pulled up and seen a girl with a glaring stare through the window shaking her head no. Walk in and treated like I am an inconvenience. No smile no eye contact, sub put together quickly/sloppily. This is more than several times, we even make jokes at work about it. It's not just me. I should give it one star but I'm hungry...read full review

I ordered on the app today to quick grab lunch on my 30 min break. When I got there to pick it up there was long line. I asked the cashier if my order was done. Jenna quick made it up for me and got me out in time for me to get back before my break was over. Thanks Jenna I had a quick panic attack when I saw the line.
