The service and food were good, but it felt like some price gouging going on. I asked for chicken tenders instead of prime rib on the Cobb Salad. The server said it would be an extra $4. I questioned how chicken tenders were more expensive than prime rib. She said because they have to use a whole chicken breast. I wasn’t going to argue over $4 but there was def not a whole chicken breast on my salad, maybe two tenders. I think she was confused about substituting grilled chicken...
Love this place more after each visit. Came for the “20 Year Bloody Mary” and it was worth the trip. SPICY, boozy and loaded with food. We also got the Chili Cheese Fries so the sour cream could reduce the heat from the Bloody Mary. The vibe of this place is: let your hair down and relax. Good music (in the background so you can still have a conversation), good food, good selection of drinks for every taste. This is the place you’ll tell everyone about on Monday.
Absolutely the best Prime Rib! Ceasar salad is perfect and don't miss out...load your mashed potatoes! We had the sweetest waitress originally from Michigan! You will leave completely satisfied and looking forward to your next visit to the Chute Rooster!
