Walk up restaurant/ice cream shop, seating is limited inside, plenty of parking spaces and a few picnic tables outside. We were pleasantly surprised on the selections offered. I personally ordered a custom shake "Caribbean Cruiser" 2 words, loved!! Cash only, no credit card allowed.
Whenever we go on vacation, I make a point to find a place locals like, and Dairy Twist did not disappoint. In fact, we visited this spot twice in our weeklong vacation.
The food is great and reasonably priced. My children and I enjoyed great burgers that tasted like they were grilled at home, and my wife got a fried chicken sandwich that was tasty. The fries were hot and delicious as well.

My family came here from Oklahoma. Over the last few day we tried out several restaurants in Hill City, Custer and Keystone. All had great service but less than great food and high prices . We saved Dairy Twist for our last night and were not disappointed our food was amazing the service was quick and friendly I wish we had eaten here everyday.
