Reuben was good. Fries were cold. Others in my group had horrible food. Limited choices, not even any cocktail sauce for the horrible fried shrimp. Beer signs on the wall but no alcohol.

The onions rings here are incredible! I got the bison burger, which was delicious as well. Service was great, the building was very clean. I ate here on vacation, but wish it was close to home. It will definitely be on my list of places to eat next time I'm in the black hills.

Restaurant was short handed, took a long time to be seated and then the waitress took the order of the table who came in behind us. We witnessed at least 2 tables leave and 2 others who had never been seated. Had a chicken fry steak for 12.00 and there was no side salad included, it was a chicken fry and mashed potato. Spaghetti and meatballs was ok, but could use something to make it special. It was pretty ordinary. Hopefully this restaurant will get more help in the future so that the cook does not have to act as a waiter as well as a cook.

This place serves up great tasting food in a neat rustic decor. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The clientele is as old as the Black Hills themselves. Seriously, I’m 50 and was the youngest one there by 25 years. Maybe it’s a retirement restaurant ?? One lady died at her table and another couple were dead on arrival. I had to hop over a fresh corpse in the parking lot to get to my scooter. At least their last meal was delicious !!!

Vegetable omelet came with a fluffy flavorful pancake. Syrup wasn't even needed. Service was good but there was a 30 minute wait for the food.

Shady service. They STRONGLY suggest you pay cash. Any other form of payment, they will add additional charges. The waiter was really weird and made everyone feel uncomfortable. The food was just OK. (Maybe everything is from frozen or can?) I would not recommend. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Stopped here as an alternate choice to our planned restaurant. Glad we did! Great food and staff was genuine and friendly. Atmosphere was clean and well presented. Will definitely stop again when back in the area

We arrived Monday night for supper. Not busy but still slow service. Prolonged wait for food. Tea sour and left unfinished. Bison burger not undercooked. 4 percent added if using credit card. Language struggle with wait staff.
