I usually order delivery but the last few times I have not received what I ordered. The breadsticks were overcooked. The chicken wings were supposed to be traditional and they brought me boneless which were disgusting. The gal working that night never refunded the money. Extremely poor service.

It's been 8 months now since I have been and I am still thinking about this place. Imagine, a Pizza Hut that you can still go inside, sit down and eat! The lady that worked there was awesome.

Long story but here's the short my mostly deaf elderly friend in severe respiratory failure went inside to order 2 large pizzas, 2 cheesy breadsticks and 2 cinnamon sticks totally over $85. Here's the rub I felt they took advantage of her, they didn't offer her any deals, we got home and the pizzas weren't done, had the wrong toppings and the cheesy breadsticks were not done. I tried calling pizza hut but never got an answer, I tried 2 different ways to contact customer service and both failed due to app problems And I tried to online chat with customer support which was awful he just kept repeating thing that didn't reply. This was so horrible.
