I order online all the time. Why put notes in the note section if nobody reads it. A few months ago, they made my sub wrong, so I call back and the young lady in charge said to call after placing all my orders and confirm. I shouldn't have to, but ok. Keep in mind, I tip on EVERY order. Today, I place my order, call to confirm, pickup order, and when home, it's made wrong. We call back, and the young man says "the boss said we can't make it that way". My last 50 orders were fine!...read full review
