The seating is all outdoor. Tables had rice stuck to them. We ordered a floral drink that had a number of things floating in it. It was interesting. The food came out in about 20 minutes and was lukewarm at best. The flavor was okay. The Naan was greasy and stale. All things are served on paper plates with plastic cutlery.
I stopped by here on a road trip after reading online that this was some of the best food in the area (& one person said best food of their life!). Happy to say, Silk Road did not disappoint! The owners are so kind and friendly to talk with. They are very generous and clearly passionate about the food they serve. After being on the road eating burgers and fried food for days, this was such a pleasant treat. The food was incredible, I had the lamb masala, fresh out of the smoker....
The food was SO good. I got the smoked chicken and I could eat it every day of the week. The rice, naan, and sauce were incredible! Also the staff were super friendly and there was an adorable cat that is worth mentioning! Such a great surprising find in Hot Springs. Can’t wait to return!
