I was there two days ago and it was perfect. Which was a huge improvement from my last visit. So I went in last night 12/6/24 . Ordered a crunchy chicken burrito and queso cheese. I asked for white queso when ordering. What i got was the regular queso. When I inquired about the correct queso I was told that it changes color after sitting for a while. I know that isn't true. They argued that I was wrong. Got charged for my free item. Extremely disappointed

I placed an order for my aunt and I. She got a 2 crispy chicken burritos meal with med ole side of sour cream and guac and the strawberry lemonade. I took it to her, as she is a CNA. I got just an unseasoned med ole with jalapeños. I got no jalapeños. She called me and said it was all wrong. She only got 1 burrito, no sour cream and the oles were cold. My oles were hot cuz I get unseasoned so they have to make them fresh. I felt so bad. I tried to call but the phone has been busy for over a half an hour. This place needs better service.

Dirty restaurant and restrooms. . One of the employees was right out the back door smoking
So dad sent me for breakfast, and the staff was wonderful! I'm from the city so I don't see this often. It was refreshing to get good service. I've worked in fast food so I know that staff does appreciate a good nice customer. Put out what you want back. The outside needs some fixing up but it's expected for a small town. My dad said the food was good. My lemonade was excellent. And again, the staff was kind as could be!!! Even gave my doggie a treat!

I don't usually rate fast food places unless they a just awesome, not the case here. I love TJ's food. The guy serving us was just there, he acted like he didn't want to be there and was annoyed we were there. Food was fine, service needs work.
