When it first opened, I probably got it twice a week and I have since slowed down on my ordering, but the service and quality hasn't changed much at all since inception.There was only ONE time where I was missing an item I paid for, a cookie that we ordered, even though the kid checked the receipt a few times (we had a couple extras) he forgot to add it, but as far as I could tell he was a newbie (hadn't seen him before), so that's a learning curve that's likely expected.
