Great flow of customers around noon, which shows it's a local favorite. We ordered the meal of the day (Ultimate BLT footlong) with a drink and 2 cookies—all under $10. Perfect for two people on a budget. Conveniently located right across from the Lead Sanford Visitor Center.

Restaurant is neat and clean for dining in.

No napkins in the bag! And the guy making our sandwiches used the same knife to cut our sandwiches. That would have been fine had it not had Mayo on the knife and it was all over my husbands sandwich then! And he didn't order mayo on his sandwich at all. You are supposed to clean your knife between sandwiches as I have worked at subway the last two summers! So I know that is proper procedure!

This location is great in person. DO NOT USE the app for a pickup. Waited 30 minutes in person for a pickup order to even be started while 3 other customers who showed up after me were served.

Lettuce was brown, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers were literally frozen. Cookie was rock hard. While i was paying one worker said to the other, "Don't use that butter, its beyond disgusting." Why would you say that in front of customers in the first place? Two workers, and another taking a break during the lunch rush.

I’m a local and got a sandwich had to go back bc he put the wrong chicken on my sub and it was ice cold I went back to get it fixed and now there’s bbq sauce on my sandwich and not the teriyaki people need to get their stuff together and stop focusing on talking to customers about your kids and wife and being on your phone while making there sandwich’s and just make their food

I can't believe this place is open. I have been a Professional cook for most of my life and what they are doing in here is criminal. Whoever runs and owns this establishment should be absolutely ashamed. They broke over 10 food service laws why I was just in the line to get food. My favorite of them was them cutting seven sandwiches in a row with the same knife without even cleaning it. ?

In Lead on 8/23/24 at 5pm When we went in the server was have trouble with the till constantly beeping this was her second shift by herself try to call the manager for help with no luck another staff came in and helped her out we were there for about 1/2 hour to get service other were getting impatient also
