We had an above and beyond experience with the staff at Trailshead. We rented UTV’s and a storm came 2 hours earlier than forecasted which we got stuck in. When we arrived back at Trailshead, the staff ran out, grabbed my two kids and took them inside, got them all dried off and fed them hot chocolate (when they weren’t even open - it was supposed to be their day off). Can’t recommend Trailshead and the new management team enough. We’ll be back!

We stopped when we were caught in a rain storm and even though they were closed they still took us in and fed us so we decided to stay the night and slept like a baby. The food was great and the hospitality was the best, I would recommend staying with them or dropping by for the best food around!

This place has always been our go-to stop, but now, with the addition of the exciting new menu items, it has truly captured our hearts with its delightful variety. We can't wait to come back and experience all the amazing changes!

Wonderful place, family owned. We had the homemade brisket, Amazing!! Owners are very nice and their children are nice and polite.
The lodge is out in the beautiful Black Hills. All you see is mountains and wildlife. This is a must see place. We will be coming back, often!!!
