The rooms were very clean and well cared for. Jessica the owner was so nice and helpful. Staff was very friendly. Our stay was very affordable. The next time we are in Milbank we will be staying at the lantern!
The exterior and price is deceiving because the stay was very nice and the interior looks great. The stay was very affordable and a really clean location. The staff even let us check out a bit later due to the heavy rain.

Chose this spot on a cross-country motorcycle trip. There's not much to choose from in Milbank, but you should absolutely chose the Lantern Motel. The rooms are very clean, the common areas are very clean as well and the owners are very friendly and welcoming and it's clear they want your stay to be a good one. I would not hesitate to stay here again when passing through. Breakfast options were provided also.
