The older woman there has a horrible attitude and is very rude. Went off on us because we ordered online and also wanted to order more food there. She said we should have ordered everything online and started to raise her voice saying “yes I’m rude everyone says that, I can be rude if I want to” We just walked out. Never going there again.

They have always made good food, The staff has always been friendly and polite, but the manager has very poor customer service skills and has always been very rude to me. Very disappointing as it’s a small town and everyone is generally happy and polite.

Restaurant manager LISA was very rude, unprofessional and overall very unhappy employee. She stated she didn’t make enough money to care about her attitude or what kind of service she gave. I hope and pray she finds the peace she needs to continue to work in customer service before she loses total control

Been there with my children three times now and we all absolutely love it. Great service, great food, and the place is kept pretty clean. We are definitely going to make going there a habit!
Came in with a group of about 15 after the glow run this past weekend for some dinner. We arrived an hour and twenty minutes before they closed at 10pm. Upon arriving in the restaurant we were met by the manager who acted annoyed and told us we would not be served that close to closing. What?! We took our business to Taco John’s and were greeted and served pleasantly!
