“We have tried the prime rib at every place in Mitchell that regularly offers it. The Depot without question by far serves the best consistently. It is trimmed so your not recieving 50 percent fat as most other places do. So if you want the best prime it's Friday nights.
John the owner when present, which seems like most of the time says high to people coming in and thanks them when they leave. That goes a long way.
I read the varied reviews on food quality, service ect. and I surely understand people's feelings and have been dissatisfied at every restaurant I have been in when you go regularly.
The Depot has been in business for many many years for a reason!

“Super friendly waitress. The jalapeno popper appetizers were really good as well as the chicken spinach artichoke flatbread. The mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent,and the mixed veggies were fantastic.”

“Love Culver’s but seriously dislike their parking lot! We visit this location 6-7x/yr, as we live 120 miles away. We ALWAYS witness issues with the drive-thru being backed up into the parking lot where dine-in customers can’t get out to leave & there’s ALWAYS confrontations, honking & frustrated people not being courteous & down right inconsiderate. I know Culver’s isn’t able to control people, however, any improvement that you can make with creating a drive-thru lane separate from the parking area would bring peace & enjoyment to those trying to enjoy their visit & food in peace! “First time eating at Ruby Tuesday and it was pretty good. We are full-time over yours, just traveling through and wanted to stop and have a nice lunch.

Salad bar was a hit and the pumpernickel croutons are yum 💯.

Tried the sliders, honey cider boneless wings, and Mac and cheese bites. Everything was great, especially the sliders.

Waitress was nice, friendly and helpful. They give a military discount. Would stop here again.”

“Extremely kind and compassionate staff. My family stopped on the way to visit family 15 hours from home, and my toddler vomited in their lobby, because of being carsick. The staff was very helpful and did not make me feel bad. My food was great as well. I visited on 12/26 around 7:30 or so. Everyone there at that time was amazing”
