My second time there the waitress was knowledgeable about the gluten and other ingredients in the dishes. The disappointment this time is that they have gluten in their wasabi. Again, I was not given a gluten free alternative to the wasabi. I really missed the wasabi on my sashimi. At least they had gluten free soy sauce. First review: Ignorant to gluten/grain free diets. The waitress blamed the misunderstanding on me since she didn't know what was in the sauce on the salad. I asked for gluten free. She said there's sauce and salad in the salad. I could tell the sauce wasn't grain free. When I asked about it the waitress said that she said there was sauce. She took the salad and returned it with plain lettuce!?
