Brisket was fantastic our only complaint was all the tables were sticky!also the system to redeem a gift card was not working, we found this out when we tried to use 1 for payment, perhaps a sign at the front door would be good way to let customers know that in advance of ordering. Emily did a fantastic

We went for dinner in August of 2023. They were obviously understaffed and overwhelmed. Almost half of the dining area booths were vacant and cleared, but they wanted folks to wait at least 30 minutes in the lobby. We found two people leaving the bar and took those seats. I wish we would have left. Service was terribly slow, and the food was mediocre. The bartender was nice, but she can only be in one place at a time. I had to ask her 3 times for glass of water. We won't go back there.

My sister took me to whiskey creek for my birthday dinner. When we arrived they said it would be a 25 minute wait. Which ended up being about a 15 minute wait and we were seated.About 15 minutes went by and they came to take our order. We asked for prime rib out, asked for bacon wrap shrimp out. Finally decided on ribs. We set there an hr and 10 minutes before a server came by and said sorry, your food is being plated another 10 minutes went by and they came out and said sorry we ran out of baked potatoes. What else would you like. My sister said nothing I said guess I will have French fries. My sister said I didn't order anything else because now it's going to take longer. Finally food comes by this time we are aggravated so my sister asked for a to go box. I had order mushrooms and onions on my steak. Mushrooms were burnt and onions raw! So I also asked for a to go box. We got there at 6:50 pm and walked to our car at 8:45 pm with to go boxes. No plans on ever going back. Was not worth the wait.

Ribs were dry, baked potato was not done and fries were very soggy. Sweet potato soufflé is great, though!! Table was so sticky and gross, did not feel clean. Prime rib was just OK.

My daughter and I waited for over an hour and a half to get our food. Once our food finally got there, mine was ice cold. The service was awful too. They were busy when we arrived, but by the time we left we were the only ones there. To make it "right" our server took $3 off. Do not recommend.

The Smokin' Pig sandwich had a grand total of a dimes worth of sauce on it, and the brisket/pork meat was dry and not very flavorful. The fries were the consistency and flavor of wet cardboard. The Thai chili wings were pretty good though. Also, our server seemed bummed out to be there and was not a good host.

Total waste of time bartender had to welcome us after 15 min of us thinking Noone was there. She had no idea what liquor was what or how to make drinks. We were never offered the ability to even order food. Needless to say we paid for a drink we had to explain how to make(whiskey sour) and left. We will never ever go back.

My waitress was great! I ordered 1/2lb of boneless wings (Garlic Parmesan). Very disappointing, zero flavor!! I love wings and could eat them daily. I left knowing I will never go back to try anything on their menu.

Aiden was a great waiter. He couldn’t bring us wine cause he was too young and bartender took forever and did not apologize for the half hour it took to get it. Food was excellent. Waiter was also great and very attentive.

Waited at door for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Tot-chaos were boring. Asked for medium well steak and got medium Rare! Paid extra for a sprinkle of mushrooms on steak! Was told I can only pay cash AFTER she took my credit card for payment!!! This should have been a free meal but I am honest and luckily had the $80 cash for this awful experience.

We had. dinner at Whiskey Creek in June, 2023. We were seated promptly . Our order was taken pretty quick. Then we waited approximately 45 minutes for our food to come out. We didn't hear from our server the whole time. The air conditioning was blowing on our table the whole time. I rarely get chills. But I actually was getting cold. I flagged down our server and asked about turning the AC to a higher temp as we were cold. I also told him I worried that it would cool our food too quick. He told us that they get a lot of complaints about that. But they are not allowed to do anything about it. He was very unapologetic about it.So our food comes out. It was pretty good and we were enjoying it. But as I feared, my food was cold in a couple of minutes. I still ate some of it, but finally wasn't enjoying cold food. So I abandoned the rest of my dinner. The wife didn't make it that long. Our server came back to ask if we wanted dessert, we said no thank you. We paid the check and went on our way.I will say that I liked the decor and the food tasted good. But why do you seat people in booths or tables that they might complain about the cold, when there were many other tables available ?It could have been a decent dinner. Instead we paid a lot of money to freeze and try to eat cold food. And either the people in charge or our server just don't care. I'm glad we were just passing through the area and most likely won't be visiting this place in the near future,

This is just a terribly run restaurant. We arrived at 7pm on a Friday night. Place was dead and completely silent. No music, uncomfortable atmosphere. Not seeing a manager is always a sign of a terribly run restaurant. I asked the server if there was a manager and she said yes, they were probably in the office. You cannot run a restaurant from the office...WAY overpriced food, slow service, and just a weird uncomfortable vibe. Definitely will not be back.

Wow! What a great place! We absolutely loved the food. We ordered our food to go, but the server was great! She kept us informed on the status of our food, and was very friendly. The food tasted amazing. I absolutely loved the baked beans. They had nice chunks of meat and huge flavor. I will definitely come back the next time we are back in town. I highly recommend this restaurant to others. Thanks.

We were passing through town and stopped for lunch as we always do when passing through town. It was a very hot day and our dog was with us. It was far too hot to leave her in the car. I asked if we could eat in the outside area (which can be access without entering the restaurant). I was told the area was closed, which was fine, if it's not open, it's not open. Then I asked if we could get food to go and sit out there to eat. The server went to ask the manager if we could do that. She came back and said the manager said "no". I have a lot of family in town and we always meet at Whiskey Creek. We will never stop at a Whiskey Creek again. All of the information below is what we normally spend per visit. I will give another business my money from now on!
