The Covered Wagon Café Reviews
I have stopped here a few times while on the road. Not much else around for breakfast. I'd stop again. The attended car museum is kinda coll too.
They did a wonderful job feeding our bus of 52 people. The food was delicious and service friendly and accommodating.
We had lunch at The Covered Wagon Cafe. Our hamburgers were good, cooked properly and served with fries. Our server was also very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was decorated okay but has a real problem with flies inside the restaurant. We could not enjoy our meal because of constantly shewing them away.
The Covered Wagon Café offers a simple, friendly, and quick dining experience. Customers can enjoy a taco salad made with Indian fry bread, a tasty pattymelt and fries, as well as hot meatloaf and hot beef sandwiches. Breakfast is top notch with options like a well-made Denver omelet, eggs (over easy), hash browns, sausage patty, and wheat toast, all done perfectly. The waitstaff is described as ultra nice and helpful, providing great service and a friendly atmosphere. The café is open for breakfast and lunch, closing at 2:00 pm, making it a convenient stop for travelers passing through the area. The food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it a great option for those looking for a satisfying meal. With new furniture and a clean environment, the Covered Wagon Café remains a solid choice in Murdo, where sit-down restaurants are limited.
