Just moved to Sioux City Iowa last week. My girlfriend was recommended to come try this spot out. We came here for the first time and it was decent. The place is decorated well and have a nice atmosphere. However, the service was very lackadaisical. No greeting or excitement walking in. Didn’t ask us if we’ve ever been there before or recommend anything even after we stated aloud we had never been. We asked for an iced green tea and the employee stated. “Sorry only hot”. Is it too much trouble to make it hot and put it on ice? This place has a lot of potential but not living up to the hype. Need better customer service. I’ve coffee was alright.

I asked for a drink made by another coffee shop, and this one was better.

Not only was I able to find several great gluten free options on their menu, but I was also pleasantly surprised at the impressive customer service. I had an issue with Door Dash and they were very gracious and helped me sort it out. The coffee was delicious and the breakfast sandwich was awesome too. I highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting and seemed like a nice place to get a couple of breakfast tacos and a hot cocoa. They were out of a few things and one of the machines wasn't working, which was disappointing. They also somehow forgot about our breakfast taco order and we had to wait quite a bit. Also they didn't mention that they have avocado on their tacos which is kind of important to me since I'm severely allergic to it.But overall it was a good experience.

I ordered a hot latte and it was tepid at best. I asked for a large and it was a 12 oz cup that cost me $10. I understand that people have to make a business make money that's highway robbery. The guy who made it was hot so that will make up for the disappointment.

I'll start with the bad. I'm writing this while I wait in the drive thru for my cold brew. It's been 7 minutes and counting, with no one ahead of me in line. The worst thing about this place is that you're going to wait, know that before you go. Doesn't matter if they're busy, doesn't matter if they're slow. I usually only go through the drive thru and I routinely wait 10 minutes for one cold brew. I thought perhaps they were busier than they looked, not a big deal, so I started going inside instead. Still waited 7-10 minutes when the place was empty. The good is that their coffee is good. Their good brew is real cold brew (not iced coffee), their lattes are robust and not bitter. Their staff is also very friendly.

The food is delicious and quite frankly the best coffee in the area. I did however wait in the drive through for about 10 minutes for just one drink and there wasn’t anyone else in line or busy inside. Bit pricey, but also worth it.

I have spaced out my visits to try get a better idea of what this place is like. Each time it got worse... On my first experience in the spring, I had an extensive chat about their roaster, coffee, and the brunch was pretty solid. It was empty but had a few people stop in while I worked on my laptop. The second time I attended, the young woman behind the bar was having issues figuring out what an americano was. After consulting another worker, she got it. She must have been new, but it was subpar in taste. The place was empty but the food was fine! The third time in November (and likely the last time I give them money) the barista gave off the vibe that I was bothering her the moment I walked in. I'm sorry I interrupted your time on your phone, honey! She had one drip coffee option. The cups and lids were flimsy and leaked in my cupholder. Apparently, they also charge for a cup of ice? I was a bit shocked with that. I rarely don't tip, but I'm not going to be treated that way and give extra money. My guess is they're losing money and struggling. Few people can truly run a successful coffeeshop and roastery, and I wouldn't be surprised if this place fails at this rate! I was rooting for them, but they really dropped in quality in like six months. Mediocrity appears to be the new high goal for them!

10 outta 10, very nice, willing to make sandwiches 10 minutes before closing, I hate to be that guy, but a really nice would recommend.

This place rules. Coffee is excellent, service is great, atmosphere is excellent. I really enjoy the roasting area being a central focal point when you're in the lobby. Very cool. Owner had always been welcoming and you can tell he cares about the quality of his business. Top notch place.

I came in to try them out because my staff loves it. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. They had two cars in the drive thru and four people inside. I walk in with nothing and walked out with nothing. I will not be going back.

I like the vibe and i like how they have several different things on their menu. Their coffee isn’t very flavorful and it tastes pretty bland.

Very slow. Took over 30 minutes to get an iced latte. Only one person was able to make coffee. Drive thru was backed up and people waiting for online orders.
