Went to subway today after working all day, the two people standing up front said nothing and stared at me. I said hello they didn’t say hello back, terrible customer service. And because they were both on opposite sides just staring at me I got confused on which side to go to. I accidentally went to the payment counter instead of the ordering counter. I apologized but the girl with the blue hair was very rude and pointed at the order here sign a said “well there’s a sign.” Idk who hires these people but DO BETTER !
Sandwich maker wasn’t friendly, sandwich wasn’t good.
I was there around 4:30pm today and after a long day if work for myself i was tired and I myself added something to one of my sub that I didn't want on my sub I asked for ranch that I didn't want on my sub and even after Bre put it on my sub and I said I messed up and didn't get want ranch on my sub she offered to fix my own mess up for me so that I got my sub the way I wanted it. Amd Jalen had great customer service and knew already that I wanted pop with my order and then I forgot to add my number for my rewards and he was very polite about fixing it for me so I could add my number for my rewards.. Both Jalen and Bre gave great customer service.. I just then to get recognized for giving great customer service.. It felt good to get that kind of service after a long exhausting day of work and you just want to go home and relax but want to grab food on your way home.. Way to go thank you to Bre and Jalen for making my evening better..

Ordered my food on the Subway app. The app tells me it's ready. I get there and the order hasn't even been started. The order was no where to be found on their end. I had all the info available for staff. In the end the girl working was great, she was pretty much by herself. Hopefully she remembered to get her tip before leaving. It wasn't any fault of hers and she did great.

The restaurant faces west and we sroped at 8pm. With the direct sunlight into the front windows It really showed how filthy dirty and greasy the establishment is. You can see waterspout from it being wiped down, but without the use of cleaner it spread a greasy film across the entire sandwich assembly counter. The soda fountain was missing the overflow grates, the container holding lids and straws was extremely dirty!

Great staff!
Great place to stop for lunch or dinner. Very friendly staff. Professional, attentive, and customized myself. The way I wanted it. The restaurant is clean in the parking is very easy. I would highly recommend.

We were so pleased and grateful for the professionalism and quality of our large order on Christmas Eve. The communication and feedback especially from the North Sioux Area Mgr Michelle. They are absolutely disrespectful and treat their workers poorly. One guy stands there and yells at everyone and isn’t even management. Rather drive to Hamilton.

My experience occurred around 5pm on October 14thThere was 4 workers - 2 guys and 2 girls. I'm not sure of their names.As soon as we walked through the door, the blonde headed guy looked at us and said "you got to be kidding". Assuming because they had been decently busy before our entry to the store. I had to repeat myself multiple times about what kind of sandwich I wanted, if it was toasted or not, even to the point where I had to retell the cashier all of my sandwiches because he couldn't focus on "what 5 sandwiches" we ordered - even though he just stood there and entered entries to the register. The lady who was putting veggies and sauces on our sandwiches did not change knives nor wipe off the previous sauces on the knife she was using before cutting into the next sandwich.If the workers would've talked to the customers and treated them with decent respect instead of talking amongst themselves about how "short" they were and other random things - then maybe it could've been a way better experience.I've worked in the food industry so I understand how stressful and maddening it can be - but that also means I hold people in the industry currently with a higher standard then most. It was really upsetting to have such an experience tonight.
