EVERYTHING in this diner is hand made. All the bread is baked fresh, lemonade was squeezed in their kitchen, cucumber for my cucumber salad was picked from their garden and chopped up fresh. I cannot stress enough how delicious this place's food is, and for a great price. Not to mention all the baked treats and canned goods they had for sale. I would literally drop kick an infant for one more bite of their homemade sourdough bread. And the server was so friendly. :)

My wife and I recently stayed in the Hot Springs area on our way to Wyoming. Found this wonderful place just a few miles from town. Cozy little place with a great atmosphere. Felt like visiting grandma's. We went for a good home style breakfast and we got just that! Breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed it so much we returned the next morning before leaving town. Delicious!!! The owner, Renee was so sweet and made us feel at home. If you ever find yourself in the area, stop by and grab a bite to eat. You won't be disappointed.

Super charming restaurant with delicious food! I got the veggie omelette and it was served with Homemade bread and jam. I am certain the veggies were grown on site (aside from the mushrooms.) Kiddos got eggs, pancakes, and French toast. The owner is very personable-we definitely will be back!Kid-friendliness: Games

They make fresh hashbrowns that are inundated in Grease, her eggs and toast and ham are fabulous but no tabasco and I don't like eggs without tabasco. Her homemade hot sauce was not my favorite but I liked the medium salsa .

One of the best meals I've ever had. I've never had a pancake melt in my mouth before coming here, but that's what the pancake did. The side pork was very strongly seasoned but when combined with the taste of the eggs, pancake, and chokecherry jam the flavor profiles of each bloomed and complemented each other. The coffee was that classic kind of coffee that seems like you can only ever find it in the country, delicious and strong. The service was wonderful as we were the only customers there at midmorning. Bought some jam, chatted with the owner, and had a wonderful time.

Stopped in while visiting family. Interior is very charming, and the owner is so kind. My favorite items were the warm sourdough toast and the smoked ham! They were kind enough to let me try some of their homemade strawberry rhubarb jam, which was also delicious. We ended up leaving with a pint of jam to take home. Prices are a bit higher than I would normally expect from a breakfast place, but the portions were big and made the prices seem reasonable, especially for a small family owned place. We will definitely return when we come visit family again!
