The service for the most part is decent. The dining room is fairly clean. The food is terrible. I love Whoppers, but I have NEVER had a good Whopper at this restaurant. The burgers are always dried up tasting. After giving this store several tries, I've given up. I have to say I do stop to get fries once in awhile. They get that right. I wish corporate would do a surprise visit.

So I used the app and ordered me a whopper meal for 10.99. I asked for Jalapeños and was charged an extra .50 which was ok, but when I got to looking at my burger there were 2 jalapeños. lol Just saying. Stupid!

The manager let me in the lobby after normal lobby closing time to place an order. I had walked here from my hotel after a long day on the road. Food and service were super!

this place offers military discount. yet the girl at the drive-through was to lazy to apply it. telling me it wasn't available at the current moment. so I asked her why not she said it isn't available at the current moment. I told her I always get it when I come through here. so she closed her screen windows and some other guy came I asked for military discount. he asked me for my id. which I presented to him. she told him that I hadnt showed my id. she never asked for it. she just didnt want to do her job. the whole time shes saying this shes got a smirk on her face laughing about it. I showed him my id and he gave me the discount. I come here all the time and they never have declined to do so. so for all you vets out there dont let them tell you it isn't available when in fact it is. they just dont want to do there job.

First, the restaurant and bathroom were very visibly dirty. Then the food was wrong on one order. My order, the sandwich, was totally covered in a sauce. I had to use a napkin to wipe the bun off some so I could pick up the sandwich. Only to find out the chicken was old and cold. There was so much sauce that everything was soggy. I threw most of the sandwich in the trash. The fries were old and cold. The other persons drink was flat and tasted of mildew. The customer service was friendly. But I'll be eating somewhere else next time.

Food is hit or miss. I have been ordering the new melts, sometimes they come on hamburger buns, some times on bread, sometimes on toast. I'm never sure which I will get. I usually get breakfast here often the croissant are hard, the eggs are over cooked and I started requesting a knife to cut the burnt pieces off and an extra egg so that I have enough egg to actually make it a sandwich. Once out of all the times I have been there have the eggs been cook correctly and are fluffy, not burnt and at least hot. I'm a Walmart plus member so I get 25% off an order daily and I also get a percentage back from my card, or I wouldn't eat here at all. One of the worst Burger Kings I have been too, I travel the country for work and eat at Burger King alot in many different locations and this is by far the worst I have been too.

We ate here 01/27/25. We are not regular customers of Burger King so we were’t familiar with the menu. Shane was our server and did an EXCELLENT job of helping us make our choice by pointing out certain things and he knew what condiments were on the different sandwiches. Ya, a lot of servers don’t know their products but Shane did so that impressed me right away. We were very happy with our choice both with flavor and amount of food. Very nice experience and nice to have someone who seems to understand customer service.
