Felt like a mini escape — so relaxing and tasty.
Very expensive! Averages about $20 per plate. The rice is really good. Chicken enchiladas were good as well. The chips tasted old and the salsa was bland. The waiter was fun and was very bubbly
Stopped in for a quick lunch. It was not awful. The food was ok. Server was pleasant.
Service was a little slow but it was a little busy food was amazing but the salsa was not very good added some salt and made it better
Food was bland, and very unappetizing, to be honest I've had better rice from a box then whatever they serve. The chips were good but the salsa was extremely watered down.
I've been to multiple Mexican restaurants throughout the state. My favorite used to be Corona Village in Mitchell before they opened up a second location and now the food is objectively worse and bland. This was my experience at Guadalajara. I got the Pollo Fundido and queso and nearly everything tasted unseasoned, from the chicken to the queso. Weirdly enough, the chips were quite salty but it didn't bother me much. When the server brought out the plate, I was pretty disappointed that they put ultra-processed cheese on top (photo). The server wasnt great, but wasn't bad. The total was $21, which seems like a ripoff unless you want quantity over quality, and even then, it's bad. Overall, I'd give this place a 5/10. Super disappointed.

Disappointing. We ordered food, half the order was ignored. Waiter was not findable to get rest of order. Drinks were offered once, despite multiple requests for more drinks. Food was bland and flavorless, not just not spicy but altogether bland. Salsa left a lot to be desired. About the only good thing was the flavor of the beer, which the restaurant vended, not made. This place was not very authentic to mexican food or vibe. I am a trucker, so I am used to bad truckstop food but this was on a whole other level. Suffice it to say, my wife and I will not return.

We ordered our drinks, and got them quickly. Then our waiter disappeared. He finally showed up and we ordered our appetizer, as well as our food. My husband got his fajitas...well, half of them. The meat and veggies came out. No tortillas, no beans or rice. By the time they had cooled, the waiter brought out the tortillas, as well as our appetizer. Our drinks were empty, however he had disappeared agai. He never came back to the table to bring my food. He never came back to ask how anything was. He never came back to refill our drinks. He finally showed up after my husband had finished his food. I never got mine. Very, very unhappy.
