I had a Mushroom and Swiss at the Loves travel center in St. Charles, Minnesota. It was OK. I had a Mushroom and Swiss burger in Pierre, SD just now. It was FABULOUS! Much better today.

This location is in serious need of a remodel. I no longer go inside the building because it quite frankly is gross. I will occasionally use the drive through and the food has been good and service not bad. Pierre has limited fast food options so if the building were remodeled/updated the business would increase in traffic. What a shame.

No one was up front. They were all in back somewhere??? I left. This is not FAST food....it is smoke breaks and talking amongst boys. Went to Burger King and understood why THEY'RE always busy. Got served immediately. 🌸🙃

Dinner room closed, guy watched walked to up to drive thru and just walked away sat for 30 mins
So, I was hungry and had never experienced our local Hardee's. I decided to grab a quick burger as I passed by and I have to say that the customer service is spot on. I only wish I had a name for the gentleman who was working drive thru as he exceeded in helping me choose my burger. He was very polite and communicated very well with me. My order was exactly what was expected and I just wanted to say thank you and wonderful work for the staff there tonight. Keep up the awesome work!!!

My fast food drive thru experience became a 15 minute sit down wait to get my food experience. Let's not even discuss the price. I could have went to a good restaurant in the same amount of time. Fast food 2 minutes or less.

They don't even deserve 1 star! Got food poisoning from eating there yesterday 8/30/24. Not only me, but two other people who ate there with me as well! Never eating at your locations again! You guys need health department to check your food and building! Something is Definitely wrong with it. Worst pain feeling I ever felt and still not feeling good today. Hope they shut you guys down.

From out of town stopped by Hardee’s on our way out. Bought two chicken wraps two frisco blt angus burgers found hair on the sandwiches fine white curly hair ruined our meal for the ride home.
