I had the chix parm. The spinach salad was very large, fresh and full of nice accompaniments. The chix parm was good as well, just wished the portion size of the chix breast was a bit larger. Otherwise, the meal was nice.
We hired RedRossa Italian Grill to cater our wedding buffet, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We were initially a bit nervous when the food & beverage manager left her role before our big day, but Rhen Fierro (Head Chef) quickly stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. In Pierre for the day ( 7/23/2025) and decided to stop for lunch. Eryn was our server and she was phenomenal! It's rare that people in the service industry interact with our kiddos, but she treated them like they were her favorite customers! Food was hot and fresh ! Would definitely go back if we are in the area again! Thank you Eryn for taking such good care of us!
