Seems like it always takes forever and then on top of it they always forget something . They put in two lanes and then added a third window but yet we still have 30Minutes for fast food at some points. I feel like they should be more efficient for the amount of money the place makes
When they first opened up the rebuilt franchise location here, it was nice quality and great service. Their price hike hurt our wallet, no doubt about it. At the time, we were so impressed with the service that we almost didn't mind paying more. it’s okay. It could be my bias but I have a disliking towards this store in particular. It took em 15 minutes to take your order at the counter, yet 1 minute to get my food, if the food is so fast to make why can’t anyone take a second to notice a customer at the counter? Not to mention 9/10 times I order my order is wrong, also I’ve heard a lot of complaints from employees that work they’re being overworked and tired.
