YALL!!!! Pearl is the best server!! Super attentive, but but didn't hover. The food.... there are not words to describe how delicious every item we ordered was! Pulled pork..10 out of 5 stars; brisket mac n cheese....10 out of 5 star; brisket platter...10 out of 5 stars; smoked turkey platter... 10 out of 5 stars; prime rib special...10 out of 5 stars (are we seeing a trend here? 😀 ) every side, every finger food, every item that came to our table was out of this world delicious! Did I mention the cornbread!?!?! Omg! Every member of the staff was amazingly friendly to every person that walked in the door! SO AMAZING!

Best food I've eaten in a long time! My only complaint is how full I left!😂😂

Had my favorite waitress Nancy again. Excellent 12 oz sirloin cooked perfectly. Always a great experience at Richie Z's.

We were just passing through the area for lunch.
Finding the dining room once you come down the stairs is pretty confusing even with the signage. We heard the hostess giggle at our confusion instead of helping. To start the prices are extremely high for the quality. I got brisket mac and cheese and shared it with my son. The taste wasn't bad but the brisket being ground up in the cheese souce was odd and made the presentation less than desirable. (See photo) My son tried one bite but didn't like the texture and I don't blame him because neither did I. The portion was large for the price though. My husband got a burger and fries and we were confused why we had to pay extra for lettuce, pickle, onion etc. Atleast put that in the price of the burger but I can understand not when it's already a $19!! The burger wasn't seasoned, over cooked and just pretty mediocre. The fries were seasoned well but soggy. The worst part had to be our waiter who insisted on doing drive by check-ins and kept walking away while we were ordering, asking for a refill and so on. He was picking up menus and walking away slowly as we ordered it was just odd, considering it wasn't busy at that time. He only came back once when were done and refilled our drinks after our food was eaten.

Visiting from Atlanta, Georgia and food was delicious and service was phenomenal! Baked beans are the best I’ve ever had. Delicious Mac and cheese! 4 stars

Best ribs we’ve had in a very long time.

Overall 15/10 I would definitely go back! I got the 8oz sirloin and my friend had the pulled pork sandwich, chislic appetizer. I think that was the best 8oz I've ever had, and it was definitely the biggest. The chislic was amazing. My friend's pulled pork was the most tender he's ever seen. My only complaint is the amount of chislic I got for the price. I understand why the appetizer costs what it does, I just wish I had gotten more for the money. I left happy though

Meat was average. I was expecting smokehouse and was more like just crock pot bbq.
Sides were just ok. Industrial Mac n cheese and the beans tasted mostly like canned pork and beans.
All on the sweet side, lacked spice, no smoke marks or bark on the meat.
Service was kind of slow. At the bar with no tender. Had to ask a server as they walked by for anything, even another beer.
Was expecting more from the prices charged.

I have been to visit Pierre my whole life and have never been to this restaurant. I am from the south and this was some of the best BBQ my family and I have had. The server we had was amazing and very attentive to us. The brisket was so tender and lots of flavor

We were in the bar and Candy the bartender extraordinaire was fantastic!
We had the meat platters chicken and ribs, plus cornbread and 2 sides! My friend had Brisket & pulled pork, baked beans and potatoe salad. He loved every bite!!!

I had the chicken and added ribs. They were cooked to perfection! Cornbread, corn and Mac n cheese were mouthwateringly good!!!!
I over ate but was so happy with every bite!
We wanted to come back tomorrow but they are closed on Sundays. ?

Go, you won’t be disappointed!

Lady who served us and we came 10 min before closing time she pulled out all the stops got us steaks cooking and sorted us right out with what we needed Highly recommended
