Drink and Cheesecake for my birthday were okay. The young waitress could definitely use some more training on customer service and maybe not rolling her eyes when a customer asks her politely what she meant by something. This is a hotel bar, most likely, the patrons are tired and sore from travel. If I could give the service 0 stars, I would.
Angel was so nice and sweet to serve us tonight! I’m very thankful for her and so is my group I was with. She’s very good at her job. Good job angel!! Great customer service 💕💕
would not recommend. spent 10 mins waiting for bartender, she was busy showing her chest tattoos to other guest,to come to our table by then it was after unposted food service time. will this place ever get its act together.
