Albertano's Mexican Food - Rapid City

The food is good. With the exception of a few times ya have burrito and the majority of ur bits include gristle or a huge chunk of fat. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Seems like they spent 2 mins decorating the place. In addition there are no waiters or waitresses to get u anything. However there’s a line on the receipt for a tip. I question who the tip is for. The cooks should be making at least minimum wage. The girl at the front desk didn’t do anything except take my order. No body asked if we were enjoying the food or if they could get anything else. Not a very personable experience. Perhaps the new restaurant on Mt Rushmore is better? I don’t know haven’t been there yet. The place was quiet because there wasn’t anyone in there.

Stopped for lunch while driving through Rapid city and it did not disappoint! Authentic and delicious food, generous portions!

Menu is huge and food is good. Great chili rellenos as well!

Drive thru says 11 but anytime I swing through for some good food “late” at night, yall always closing early. Change the time to reflect so a guy can eat or service til 11. Maybe turn off the Open sign if you’re not open but the lights are on & people inside at 10:48.

Good place to eat BUT my girl ordered the SHREDDED BEEF burrito platter and 1 time she got chicken. The next time she got ground beef and BOTH times she ordered shredded beef. Luckily the 4th time I made SURE she got the right food.

I love Albertanos! Everyone is so nice and the food is outstanding! I have to customize my order and they are so understandable! Best Mexican food in Rapid City!

The food was very good. Excellent. Service was quick and courteous. I am not from here but if I was local, this would become a favorite.

Trash hole. Food is served on paper plates, the girl taking orers is super rude, the place smells bad and looks like poo.

My wife is from San Diego, she is shocked at how phenomenal this restaurant is. We are obsessed with the super breakfast burrito. Great Mexican option in rapid.
