Went to eat after a hockey game and they had an hr. Left before closing and the doors were locked. A customer came out so we went in and was told they closed early because they were short staffed. Very disappointed and says alot about why the one in gillette wy didn't make it and closed.
Parking: Awkward parking.

Called for a pick up order. Was told I could only order online past 10pm. When I mentioned that the previous two nights. They let me place a take out order, I was immediately hung up on. Super unprofessional. Was completely denied service

Tasty food but very slow service throughout my dining experience. Received the bill and eventually had to walk around to find server to actually pay. Did not seem all that busy but perhaps there were simply not enough servers. Dunno.

We sat for 30 minutes before the beer was here, then they forgot our appetizer, the steak had no flavor and was rubbery over cooked, cold mashed potatoes no seasoning. My husband fries were also cold. Only thing good was the broccoli. Didn't eat hardly anything but a few bites. No manger came over or asked how our meal was. Very disappointing when you to the one in Gillette, or colorado and they are 10 times better.

My friend and I came here, and it was the worse service and food. The waiter was running all around us and never acknowledged us. The queso came out cold and the chips were hard, when we got out food they told us they ran out of bacon when both of our meals required it. They didn’t tell us before hand.

They ran out of mushrooms and ice cream. Enjoyed the free Monday night boneless wings. Food was good. Service was slow but friendly.

My wife and I eat at Applebee's in Rapid City every Saturday after church. The service and atmosphere is always great. I give the food a 5 star rating overall, but occasionally something doesn't come out cooked the way I ordered it, but they always correct the problem. So here's why I give this Applebee's a 4 out of 5 star rating. I've told the on duty manager on several occasions that the restrooms aren't clean or needs attention. This is an ongoing problem I wish management would be more proactive about.
