Went through the drive through, took 20 minutes when I was the only one in line. They down sized the meals so now the larges are the same as what used to be mediums. I also ordered a French dip and they didn’t give au juice

Iam currently in the drive thur,I placed my order and paid for my food and waited 20 mins after being ask to pull forward,all the other cars have gotten there food finally went inside and had to raise my voice to get attention of staff at which point handed me my food that was sitting at the window (cold) and had to wait another 10 minutes for fresh food luckily the guy that came back from break knew what he was doing and had common cents and got the fresh food out to us but really 35 min for a small order absolutely ridiculous need better training/staff will not be going back to the Campbell st location

The restaurant was dirty as well as the counter where you get your napkins and pop. There was pop spilled all over the counter and floor. The bathrooms were disgusting and the fries tasted like they were sitting out for awhile. This place was not busy at all and they had more employees than customers. Pure laziness! There were three of them standing behind the counter visiting, when they probably should have been doing some cleaning!

I never really eat at Arby's, but found this to be convenient on the way to our destination. The staff at the Rapid City location was amazing. They were very friendly, made eye contact and made you feel like an actual customer. The food is what you expect it to be, the staff at this location is what makes them different.

Good clean and updated restaurant. I ordered on-line (but dined-in) and the service was fast and accurate. I like the different types of meat. Nice option for fast food.

Food is good taste wise but I only got half a thing of fries. And they didn’t dump out in the bag or anything. Pay 3-4$ for a large and to only get half is really disappointing.

I can’t lie I’m a Arby’s fan. Always have been. This location is decent. I’ve had better arbys and I’ve had way worse. These guys are consistently average. My biggest complaint by far is the Soda. I don’t know what it is about this location if no one likes changing the sodas or what lol but I feel like my drink is usually awful from this location. It’s not hard guys lol just listen for the popping noise when it’s out of syrup and punch the box open and hook that bad boy up and if it’s Co2 that’s out then tell the manager, and managers being looking for these kind of things

We came through and got a classic beef and cheddar, two sliders, a French dip and some fries asked for specific sauces and ended up having to ask two more times for the sauce. We got home and noticed our food looked completely manhandled and like it was shoved together in the bag (I wish I got pictures of the first order) plus no au jus for my DIP. we called and came back to get it fixed despite the fact that when we were on the phone the man sounded rude and irritated. When my boyfriend went in he had to go through three people repeating the issue to even get help. The manager went through the bag and tried telling my boyfriend it was obviously sat on (like by us, what?) my bf tried to explain the bag looks rough but the food was our concern and the manager turned and walked away, eventually saying we'll make you new food. I wish I could say the next bag was better but the sliders still look smooshed together, my classic beef and cheddar as you can see is smashed and curved now and our fries look like someone’s been snacking on them. Can’t say we’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Guitar Hero God here: someone left bite marks on my fries idk who it was but I need to know why. WHY?! Cuz these were immaculately disgustingly delicious for how low tier these were. And I think the jomoana machine is broken ? Someone should fix that.

When you order a beef and cheddar and the cheddar is optional. I also really enjoy how often their machine for getting a jamocha is always down. Rapid City has no good Arby's.

Ray is a ray of sunshine! It takes a lot to leave a review at your typical run of the mill fast food place especially when the food is just okay. Ray made the experience though! She was so kind and took the time to engage in conversation. She deserves a raise!

The service was very mediocre, and slow. Wait time was ridiculous. To call this fast food would be a lie. We did receive all our food but not the drink. I've never been to an arbys worse than this one.
