They missed my wrap on my order. And when I told them about it they said I didn't order one so I showed them the receipt on the app and they were like do you have the receipt we gave you. So I showed them that one. And I tried really hard to be polite but the lady in the back tried to refuse to make my wrap. And had lots of attitude and then they helped like 5 customers before they got me my wrap making me late to pick up my kids.

Service is always extremely slow, always closing at random times. Showed up at 10:22 pm after seeing an advertisement that they are staying open late to see they’re already closed up. Can’t trust hours online.

The food was hot and fresh, the restroom and lobby were nice and clean. FOH was non-existent during this visit. Nobody at the counter when I walked in, no greeting or acknowledgement while I waited to order. It was probably about 5 minutes wait until drive through walked over to take my order despite a few glances between us. I would have been fine with a greeting and a "sorry I'll be there when I can". Instead I was just ignored. Food took quite a while to come out. I came into the lobby to dine in but decided against it based upon the amount of time I watched a Dasher wait without any interaction.

It was really good service and friendliness. Good to see people working so that we are able to eat in the building instead of the drive through. The food was really good.

Tried their new burger and it was good, would order again. The only complaint, and the reason for the three stars, was I ordered water and they asked if I wanted a medium or large. Since I was traveling I said large was fine. Didn’t notice until I filled it up and looked at the receipt and they charged me $2.89. I asked about it and they said a medium is free but not a large. Would have been nice to be told this upfront.
