I went to this Arby's location to get some food around 9PM. I went to the drive thru and was told to start my order. I just started to talk when a man came over the speaker and said that they were closed and they wouldn't take my order. I was already asked to give them my order and they were supposed to be open for at least another 45 minutes. If they would have just done my order, SINCE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO STILL BE OPEN , I wouldn't have been mad.
I usually don't give bad reviews, but I am angry and I wanted management to know why I will find another Arby's location to go to.

The food here was absolutely amazing. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here. We always have lunch before driving thru the Black Hills. Keep up the great work. We will definitely come back to this location the next time we're in Rapid City.
I got a ham and Swiss sandwich and the corn beef Reuben last night. Three hours later, I began what has become the worst food poisoning experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’m still experiencing symptoms. It’s been over 14 hours. i’m so mad at myself for trusting Arby’s to not get me sick but that’s my mistake.

Like this place the employes ate nice the food is hot And thay got roastbeef Not like the one over buy campbellst that says thay ran out beef every 3 months we come to townand says there out beefThats not right Im glad there other Arbyes that got there beef cause who wants other options. Like ham or chicken people are here for there beef

They have the all in one soda machines. Mixes tasted like they had more water than syrup. Just threw our drinks out after a few sips during the meal. The food was good. Nothing special about service except tables needed cleaned.

Apparently when you order an 8 piece poppers....you only get 4 When ordering a large fries its only half full portion like a small. Don't bother telling them no onions either cause they won't listen to that either.

They missed my wrap on my order. And when I told them about it they said I didn't order one so I showed them the receipt on the app and they were like do you have the receipt we gave you. So I showed them that one. And I tried really hard to be polite but the lady in the back tried to refuse to make my wrap. And had lots of attitude and then they helped like 5 customers before they got me my wrap making me late to pick up my kids.
