Order Mint Chocolate shake through drive through. Window clerk handed me Chocolate shake. I said ordered Mint Chocolate shake so she got me Mint shake. Did not put whip topping on shake and acted put out that I wanted what I ordered.

Just a normal franchise, but quality food and good
I rarely ever do fast food, and I despise drive thrus. Very rarely dose the intercom system back and forth work at any drive thru these days to where either side can make out what was said or you get the person taking the order who mumbles. I was very pleasantly surprised to find their intercom system works wonderfully, and the lady taking orders was so pleasant and spoke so clearly! My food was hot and tasted fantastic! Thank you to your awesome crew! Keep up the great work!

Placed mobile order at 5:57Got there at 6:00App said it will be ready at 6:02Nobody greeted me or asked if I needed anything, nothing. Some guy came in at 6:15 got his food at 6:22. I still saw my order on the screen but still nothing. It was until 6:25 a nice lady, I'm thinking the manager asked if I've been helped, she got my food in about 30 seconds but they didn't have the shake. I'm not mad that they didn't have the shake, just that it took about 30 minutes for someone to come ask me about it. Oh yeah, I got a small fry and mozzarella sticks. Not a big order at all.

Went during Sturgis Bike week. We got there at 945pm. Ordered and 4 of us got our food in decent time. The last 2 , way way late. They told us we had to eat outside (the 2 had to, not the 4). Found that rude. It's bike week. Plenty of customers.

WORST ARBY'S SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. They couldnt have gotten my order any more wrong if they tried. I was on my lunch break, drive thru was taking forever. so i pulled out went inside. which was filthy, the sode machine was full of liquid with no tray so you just had to hold your cup as you filled, otherwise it'd be soaked. after waiting 20 minutes over my lunch break my name was finally called, i grabbed my order and ran out the door needing to get back to work asap as i was already late. open the bag to find no marina with my 6 pc mozz stick (which i had asked for but should be included regardless even though he never asked) that was upsetting, im not eating dry mozz sticks. so i open #2 medium roast beef, or what was supposed to be.. only to find a ham and cheese, disappointed but hungry i tried it. disgusting. this thing was soaking in nasty nacho cheese like substance, there was more cheese than meat. $18 down the drain. DO BETTER.
