I go there a lot for lunch, usually pretty okay, even though most of the employees are really rude. Today they tried charging my card too much money after I gave them a 20 in cash. It charged my card a dollar every time they tried and have officially stolen money from me. My bank says it’s not a pending charge that will go back to my card. Sylvia the manager is very rude and very unhelpful. Wouldn’t even apologize for stealing money off my card.

I have always been happy with the food from A&W Restaurant. I was not impressed with the loud noises made by the crew on a recent Sunday. It was a very young crew and they had loud music playing, and loud voices and some sort of banging noise was heard which was very loud and noisy. I had to ask them to wipe down the table I wanted to use. I was the only customer at the time.

Waited in drive-thru for 25 minutes and when I got to window, the rather larger gal that was working got an attitude with me and told me that I should tell her I wanted my cheeseburger plain. I did tell her when I placed my order! I have never had a problem with a&w food but if this is your customer service, I will not be back. Lunch is to enjoy good food and relax without attitude. Food is normally fine, but the people behind the counter often have professional but grouchy attitudes, also I have difficulty getting my order right, and the right items. I go through the drive through normally. It's happened a few times now, and for how expensive fast food is, I hope order accuracy would be important.After posting my review I've read a few others. I see this has been happening for a while now while nothing as been done about it... As much as I like the food I might find other options. I lowered my star rating for lack of action taken despite man "sincere" review apologies.

Sometimes I will stop by before work and grab a sandwich but the last two times I ordered food though there drive through I’ve waited 15min per car so almost a total time of half hour before they get my order so I just left no one shouldn’t have to wait that long for food in a drive through when there’s only two cars in line they do have good food but there wait time is very terrible and they need to work on it I understand making food from fresh but after this I won’t be stopping by anymore I will just continue going though McDonald’s before work at least I don’t have to wait that long and still get the same quality of food there.

Wasn't bad, but I'm betting they were short staffed. They were supposed to be opened at 11, lobby was still closed off, so tried the drive thru. There a guy told us it'll be a few more minutes so we waited. Got our order in, guy at the window looked both bored and disinterested in working. So we got our food and left.
