“The customer service was amazing! I emailed this location asking for a special touch to my order because I was having them delivered to my family with a surprise message. Abby emailed me back so quickly and was happy to help me! She wrote exactly what I wanted on the box and even emailed me a picture so I could see what it looked like before it got delivered. I bake a lot and am honestly not *that* impressed by Crumbl cookies usually, but the customer service at this location has made me a big fan :)“

“Caramel Creations is a quaint, inviting candy shoppe. My kids love her absolutely amazing Caramel apples. I like the freeze dried Caramel. My husband loves her cinnamon rolls. We always stop in when in Rapid City. I highly suggest you visit this locally owned store before visiting big box stores. Everything is personalized and special and the owner even has tea sets and aprons for sale. The perfect place fire mother's day gifts“
