Abby emailed me back so quickly and was happy to help me! She wrote exactly what I wanted on the box and even emailed me a picture so I could see what it looked like before it got delivered. I bake a lot and am honestly not *that* impressed by Crumbl cookies usually, but the customer service at this location has made me a big fan :)“

Sadly, we tried the Perkins across town initially and now two times in a row, never even got acknowledged in the lobby while waiting. So we drove 5 miles across town to the Perkins on Mount Rushmore Road and had a much better experience.“
