Was really hoping with the new owners things would change for the better. Wait time. Organization. Nothing has changed. Food is always good, ONCE you get it. Even online orders take WAY longer then given pick up time.

The first time i came here the service was amazing and my bagel came out quickly and even had some surprise chips on the side which were great. The bagel (Coastal Cowboy) and the latte i ordered tasted good & super hot. I went again the very next day to order the same exact things and the difference in quality was very noticeable, and the latte i ordered arrived cold. My two experiences were very inconsistent. Overall would say it's worth checking out, and even the "bad" bagel was probably better than the Einsteins across the street. Would not recommend the seasoned croutons they gave me, was happy to try them however.Vegetarian options: Coastal Cowboy

A staple to this town. I’ve been eating here for 25 years that I can remember. No matter where in the world my travels find me, I’ll always end up here ?(Excuse my food picture. What it lacks in presentation, it makes up for in flavor.)

It was wonderful as always. I got to introduce my son to BHB this trip, he loved the drink of the month. I don't recall the actual name but it was the mint one in March. Bagels are * (chef's kiss) and I will always love that they do Dark Canyon Coffee for their drip coffee. The ONLY reason for 4 stars and not 5 was we went back to get another mint drink for my kiddo before we left town and they were out of the ingredients. Not the end of the world but sucked when we were leaving town.

Cream cheese was the consistency of light mayo. I almost suspect I got mayo on my lox bagel instead of cream cheese. Lox wasn’t very fresh. Plain bagel had weird texture. Ordered 2/27/24.
